Booking Terms

Trips can be rescheduled 48 hours prior to trip time at no cost but availability is not guaranteed. Customers will receive a 90% refund with 48 hours notice of cancellation prior to trip time. No refund will be given for any cancellation made within 48 hours from trip time. Customers will receive a full refund in the case KWA has to cancel the trip due to safety or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No refund is given for no-shows.
